Ahtna is a self-performing Alaskan professional services contractor with decades of federal government and project-specific remote site experience. As a preferred contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Ahtna Global was contracted to perform janitorial services for multiple FAA facilities in northern Alaska through March of 2020.

Working with the FAA, Ahtna Global was able to combine multiple existing janitorial contracts into a single fixed-price contract. By doing so, it reduced the necessary contract oversight and allowed for a single point-of-contact for all requirements. This, in turn, resulted in increased administrative convenience and cost efficiency, while enhancing performance by Ahtna.

Familiarity with FAA’s processes and systems combined with a strong, long-term relationship with FAA managers and staff ensured Ahtna’s continued safe and reliable services.

This contract encompasses janitorial services with varying service schedules at the following seven locations:
